A Journey Rooted in Passion and Purpose
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Abbey Dupay has called Florida home since the age of three, growing up in Fort Myers and embracing the Sunshine State’s vibrant community. She began her academic journey at the University of Central Florida and Florida Gulf Coast University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education before teaching third grade. While she loved the classroom, Dr. Abbey realized her true calling was dentistry—a profession that allowed her to combine science, creativity, entrepreneurship, and meaningful connections with people.
Motivated by this passion, she pursued a second bachelor’s degree in Health Science and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Though she enjoyed her time in the Southwest, the pull of Florida’s white-sand beaches, family, and community brought her back home. Over the past eight years, she has practiced dentistry in Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, and Auburndale, gaining extensive experience and refining her skills along the way.
Today, Dr. Abbey is proud to serve patients in Bonita Springs, where she provides compassionate, comprehensive dental care in a welcoming environment. She is dedicated to helping patients of all ages achieve healthy, confident smiles while staying at the forefront of modern dentistry through advanced training and the latest technology.

Beyond the Office
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Abbey enjoys quality time with her family and her two beloved Shih Tzus, Jeter and Otis. She’s a foodie at heart, always eager to explore new restaurants, attend concerts and sporting events, and travel. During football and baseball season, you’ll find her cheering on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New York Yankees.
